One thing I love most about London is that it is undoubtedly one of the greenest major cities in the world (as in "greenery", you understand, certainly not air quality). There are parks of varying size literally everywhere. Like little pieces of countryside. So what need is there to ever leave? After all, as Andy Warhol once observed, you don't find little bits of city, urban concrete, out in the country...
